The Family Buddy is for young families in Rotterdam-Zuid and supports a healthy lifestyle.
What is the Family Buddy app?
The Family Buddy app helps you and your family make healthy choices. Through the app, you get practical tips, reliable health information, and useful details about activities and facilities in your area.
For whom?
The Family Buddy app was developed for:
- People who want to have children
- Expectant parents
- Families with children aged 0 to 4 years
About the study:
With this study, we want to see if the Family Buddy app can help families improve their lifestyle.
As a participant:
- You use the app for 2 months
- You take part in up to two interviews
- You share your experiences with the app
